Delivery & Processing

We all want our orders as soon as we check out, and to hear that glorious buzz, ding dong, knock or ring of our door bell straight away but please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing. We process orders 5 days a week.

We offer flat rate delivery Australia wide and we offer free delivery on all orders over $120.

• Standard 4 - 8 Business Days - $15

• Express 2 - 3 Business Days - $20

Please note: Express shipping does not mean express order processing; it only refers to the actual delivery process. Packing and processing can take 1 - 3 business days.

WHERE'S MY ORDER?

We ship all of our orders via Australia Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a Tracking Number. Once your parcel has been dispatched, any delivery inquires will need to be directed to Australia Post - www.auspost.com.au
