Refund & Return Policy

REFUNDS

  • ​No refunds or exchange due to 'change of mind' on any product sold by Earth Sugar.

  • For hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds on any earrings or hair accessories, unless faulty

  • ​We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that were on sale, clearance or promotional bundles at the time of sale.

  • Faulty products are the only exception where we will honour a replacement of same or similar value/likeness of original item – pending stock. If not, store credit code will be sent to you and will be valid to use for 6 months.

​Refunds are at the discretion of Earth Sugar. We pack all your new items with love and care, every effort goes into the prevention of damage, but sometimes things may arrive not quite as they were when they left our care. In this instance, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival as per postal tracking timestamp - hello@earthsugar.com.au

RETURNS​

If a return is permitted, store credit to the value of refunded item will be issued to be used within 6 months.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

We comply with NSW Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds and are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. More information can be found here.
